The core commitment of my work is to support my clients as they explore and challenge themselves in pursuit of greater truth. My approach is informed by a variety of theoretical frameworks. In every session, I collaborate with you to understand your experiences and work toward change and healing that feels meaningful to you. I cultivate a safe, authentic, and non-judgmental space for you to center and balance as you experience life’s waves. To foster this, I use presence, active listening, and mindfulness as a foundation for trauma-informed care, inner relationship focusing, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). I also incorporate creative modalities such as art, writing and movement as seen fit. And aside from all theory, I am a fellow person tending to life’s challenges and here to support you as you do the same. I work with clients all along the spectrums of race, gender, sexuality, relationship structures, disability, and ability. I am passionate about working with individuals experiencing or living with the impacts of traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity formation, gender and sexual development, relationship concerns, & grief.
