About

Most of my clients are ordinary people who have been sexually abused as children or adults, or are from alcoholic families, or are struggling with alcoholism in their current life. They may be having difficulty adjusting to changing circumstaaances in their lives due to divorce or loss of a family member or friend. Many of my clients are experiencing depression or anxiety or chronic worry.

I have been in private practice since 1989 and prior to that I worked in a variety of settings. Initially I began in a battered women's shelter, then worked in a treatment center for abused children in foster care, worked at the Rape Crisis Center, and provided custody evaluations and mediation for the courts.

I very much enjoy working with people and getting to know each person's unique situation. Then we can work together toward meeting their goals for their life. I also very much enjoy life coaching.
