Many of my clients (18+ of age) find themselves playing by the survival rules of that life-changing traumatic experience to keep themselves safe. Unfortunately, those rules become part of the problem when that event has passed. When this happens, they find themselves feeling alone, having relationships that are triggering, and often think, “Why does this keep happening?" They need help identifying their unhealthy thought/behavior patterns to create new rules to live by. Instead of living a life through the lens of hurt and fear they want to live one through love and connection. Therapy isn't a one size fits all approach and figuring out the best approach is my goal! I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Skills, Family Systems and other evidence based practices. I help my clients live healthier lives with others and themselves as well as overcome their fears about the future. I am a good fit for you if you are looking for a therapist who is compassionate, honest, and willing to walk with you towards your goals in a loving way. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey towards healthier relationships and a happier you!
