Drawing from a rich blend of theoretical practices, I offer individualized care tailored to your unique needs. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, yet I also integrate family systems work, interpersonal processing, trauma-based practices, and emotional regulation skills. I work with clients facing a range of issues including trauma, adoption, grief, anxiety, depression, and relational struggles. Reaching out for counseling is vulnerable and courageous.
