Relationships are difficult. Are you feeling frustrated in the way you and your partner interact? Are you feeling disconnected from him/her? Are you struggling to engage with your children? Lots of relationships are negatively affected by emotional reactivity. I can help you learn to be more responsive and less reactive. I can help you be better engaged with your children and more connected with your partner. Maybe you're feeling frustrated with yourself: you don't feel healthy, you don't feel happy, you don't feel fulfilled. I can help you with that too. My therapy techniques come from Functional Medicine perspective: finding and working on the root cause of the problem rather than managing symptoms. I believe in the power of connection. I integrate mindfulness and emotional awareness to help you be more intentional in how you engage with others and how you do life, whether individually or in a relationship. I am a Gottman Level 2 Couples Therapist. I am also a Level 2 CrossFit Coach, and the owner of CrossFit R837. I'm also a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach Candidate. I believe in the integration of the psycho/emotional, the physical, and the spiritual in helping you reach your greatest potential.
