Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I know life can become difficult at times and it may seem like all hope is lost. You constantly worry, struggle to catch your breath, and have many sleepless nights. Imagine you woke up one morning and determined enough is enough. You ask yourself, what are my options? How do I address this problem? Are there alternatives? We all come to places where we see and experience the challenges of everyday life. No one is exempted. I encourage each person to know that they have the power to direct their own lives and come to that place of fulfillment, self-determination, and healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. A few of my specialty areas are; CBT, talk therapy, mindfulness, brief therapy, family therapy, PTSD, mood disorders, grief/loss, and anxiety. I have experience as a Mental Health/Substance Abuse co-occurring outpatient therapist. I am certified in strengthening families, seeking safety, and SPARCS. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. I know it’s not easy to make positive changes in your life. I’ve had my share of life transitions too. I use empathy and compassion to join with my client to recognize his or her potential and collaboratively build inner strength to solve life’s challenges one step at a time.
