I am currently accepting new clients, Self-pay, Commercial Insurance and Louisiana Medicaid. I aim to provide clients with self-awareness and personal self growth. In sessions my goal is to provide you with supports to explore underline past and present issues. We can address your counseling needs and set goals for personal and professional growth. Address concerns of lack of self-confidence, overwhelming feeling of stress, anxiety, empty feeling, learned helplessness, divorce, career discrimination, racial discrimination, and finding personal balance. Counseling is here to provide you with education and supports on the importance of self-care. Counseling is here to bring awareness to the things that can be holding you back from personal and professional growth.
