About

I believe that therapy is a place to begin the courageous work of knowing the stories of your heart. I know the vulnerable feeling of sitting on the other side of the couch as I have been in counseling at many different stages of my life. I am committed to coming alongside my clients to help them discover who they have been and who they long to be. A life of living fully is waiting when we take the risk to feel, to need, and to connect with others.

Becoming true to yourself is a processing of uncovering core wounds and rediscovering the real you, the person God made you to be. We will uncover survival strategies that aren't helping you anymore and learn healthier ways to cope. It is my hope that you discover you are worth so much more than you know.

“Before every session I take a moment to remember my humanity. There is no experience that this person has that I cannot share with them, no fear that I cannot understand, no suffering that I cannot care about, because I too am human. No matter how deep the wound, you do not need to be ashamed in front of me. I too am vulnerable. " Carl Rogers
