I am an Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who works with adults and couples. I received my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and have a certification in marriage and family therapy. I also have a BSN in nursing which I feel has helped me see the impact of the mind and body connection. I work with adults and couples who are navigating life and relationship concerns. I hope to empower couples to overcome obstacles to improve their relationship. Research shows that unhealthy relationships can cause both emotional and physical stress and healthy relationships can improve overall well being. I use an eclectic approach to treatment drawing on cognitive behavioral interventions. as well as other approaches to provide the best treatment for each client.
