About

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and marginalized folks through a strength-based, trauma-informed lens. I also have experience working with clients coping with anxiety and depression along with other identity shifts that come with life transitions.

As a white, openly queer person, I am acutely aware of how my privileged identities impact my clients. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy in my practice.

Having provided crisis intervention and restorative support to young people and adults facing both community violence and generational trauma, I offer a uniquely inclusive space for folks seeking better days ahead. Showing up is the first step and often the hardest to take. I will show up for you. We can take the next steps together.
