YES, There IS HOPE! Let’s talk about how we can walk together on your journey toward success, while shedding off some weights referred to as pain, anxiety, fear, depression, loneliness, anger, and insecurity along the path. Yes, there are methods to assist you with gaining strength, wisdom, knowledge, courage, self confidence, setting goals, and coping skills to use along this journey of life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a member of American Counseling Association (ACA), a registered Play Therapist (RPT), and have 30 plus years of experience in areas of education. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during session. It is my enjoyment to connect with individuals of different ages 3 years old – 99 years old. It is a passion of mine to engage with individuals and family members by empowering, equipping, and enabling them in a patient-centered plan of care that encourages individuals to be effectively educated, actively involved in their treatment and recovery process, to illuminate as a responsible productive vibrant member of family, community, and society.
