As a person-centered therapist, I provide a nurturing and inclusive therapeutic environment. I prioritize fostering unconditional positive regard for my clients. I believe in building trusting relationships that require time, intention, and effort. (currently seeing individual clients 17 years and up) I offer a safe space for clients to navigate both their highs and lows.
