Life can be beautiful, but it can also be painful. Although I can't change this reality, there are some things I can commit to doing: I will prioritize building a partnership with you based in trust, respect, compassion, and kindness. I will work to understand and empathize with your unique situation. I will believe in your ability to grow, change, and heal, and in your right to pursue a life that feels like more than just survival. I will provide you with support and empowerment, and I will always consider it a privilege to accompany you on your journey of navigating life’s many challenges. I have extensive experience working with traumatic issues and with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse in particular. I enjoy helping people navigate feelings of grief, anger, and loss, and process and regulate their emotional responses. Some of my other clinical interests include depression, anxiety, self-harm, perinatal issues, and PTSD. Please feel free to call or email for more information or to set up an appointment! I am happy to accept new clients when my schedule allows, and am currently able to offer both in-person and telehealth therapy options.
