Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). I like to take a holistic approach when possible. I subscribe primarily to cognitive-behavioral techniques which are educational, in that you are taught new ways to view your learning process, develop new perspectives and practice more effective ways of changing your behaviors, cognition's, and emotions. I am trained in heart-centered hypnotherapy techniques, and I intertwine the traditional talk therapy with hypnotherapy and mindfulness techniques to help you cope with your disorder.
