Welcome! My name is Deborah Walach and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maine and am USMC Veteran. I enjoy being of service to my community and my clients. We all get stuck and need help from time to time. My job as your therapist is to help you find your own answers and solutions to challenges in life. I specialize in working with adults having challenges related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, Grief, and Addiction. I am only offering online services at this time. My approach tends to be supportive and direct, but never judgmental. I believe that everyone is capable of healing and learning new coping skills to take back control in their lives.
