I have been practicing as a Marriage and Family Therapist for over thirty years. I view therapy as work that is collaborative, certain that each person can grow a life that is satisfying and meaningful. I likewise appreciate accompanying my clients as they move through the challenges that life presents all of us with into not just solutions, but into lives that are inspired by what is authentic, creative, and nourished by relationships that are informed by reciprocity. Although my early work as a therapist was principally with children, adolescents, and families, I now work with people of all ages, who have all kinds of concerns. I am a registered Play Therapist, a registered Expressive Arts Therapist, with a great deal of expertise in working with Brain Wise practices. I also have expertise in working with dreams. I believe that choosing a therapist is an important decision and welcome having a conversation by phone before we meet. I seek to be present with each person in a way that provides you with a felt sense of being seen and understood. I see people in person, virtually, or in a hybrid process, sometimes in person and sometimes virtually.
