About

At a young age, I desired to understand feelings, behavior, and the human mind; I have always been driven toward solving the questions that start with why. However, after witnessing the empowering feeling it brings to help someone find a way forward, I became more driven to solve the questions about how. It is a privilege to take the time with someone to discover how they can move forward from their situation into a more positive one. Clients deserve to work with a therapist with integrity and positive intent, someone they can trust, and one who truly listens.

I have a master's degree in social work and a master's degree in psychology, and I am pursuing my Ph.D. in psychology. I am driven to answer why people behave in specific ways and how they can improve their situations and mental well-being.

Like so many other people, I have faced challenges in my life and have been overcome with feelings of helplessness. I pursued a career that would enable me to help others develop skills and self-confidence to overcome challenges and barriers that are preventing them from living their best lives. I look forward to working with you!
