Outpatient programing seeks to help those with major mental health illness , chronic and acute medical illness, substance use disorders. The goal of Outpatient behavioral health treatment is restoration, enhancement and maintenance of clients level of functioning. We believe that healing is a collaborative endeavor that requires honest caring without judgment and environment that is cooperative and person-centered. As mental health practitioners, H.O.M.E. understands that mental health and wellbeing do not occur isolation form the physical, emotional, social, cognitive, occupational , and spiritual well being of persons served.
