About

I have been in private practice for over 35 years and believe that people can truly change their lives. People can take very difficult experiences in their lives and use them to develop a more meaningful life. I draw from my own experiences while I work with my clients and believe that change can happen at any age. People can use grief, loss, trauma and life's most difficult experiences to develop meaning that they may never have had. Finding your own spirituality and your own style of coping is what makes it unique.

Clients vary in age from 40-100. Specialty is significant grief and loss. Life is difficult but finding your own spiritual center can help you develop your life. I use many different types of therapy from inner child, DBT to help clients.

It’s important to be listened to and learn how to listen to yourself. If you are interested in having a new life and are invested in working on it, please feel free to contact me.
