About

Have you ever felt alone, tokenized, or shamed for being "different"? After so many of these experiences, you start shaming yourself and doubting your worth. Shame is sneaky and it can cause destruction within ourselves. You may not fully believe that you’re lovable, but you want to get there one day. There are many societal forces that keep us from connecting with our inner selves and the world around us. I’m passionate about equipping folks with the tools to navigate racial trauma and the effects of colonialism. I can support you to embrace self-love & confidence by encouraging connection with your authentic self.

I have experience working with trauma, BIPOC, LGBTQIA folks, folks experiencing homelessness, and folks with severe & chronic mental health concerns. We will work on tools and skills you can use to reach your personal goals. I use a variety of theories to provide the therapy most effective for you- Existential Theory, ACT, DBT, Attachment Theory, and more.

I'm a culturally humble, trauma-informed therapist, and it would be an honor to navigate through the journey of healing with you. I enjoy providing support and connection to folks navigating concerns related to identity development, attachment, & trauma. As Beyoncé says, “find your way back. Big, big world but you got it, baby.”
