About

Hello! I am so happy you stumbled upon my profile! I enjoy working with clients who are seeking change, and guiding them in the process of self-exploration. I believe anyone can benefit from counseling in some way, shape, or form. I'm passionate about working with those seeking bariatric surgery and/or struggling with emotional eating, mood disorders like anxiety and depression, domestic violence, and trauma.

As a counselor, I have over 10 years of experience working with mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, domestic violence, and disordered eating. I am also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and fully believe nutrition affects our mental health.

I take a very holistic approach and believe most individuals can improve their mental health by identifying & exploring their core beliefs, disputing irrational thoughts, correcting thinking errors, achieving balance with proper self-care, and implementing positive coping strategies.
