I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and my current practice focuses on working with adults, addressing a variety of issues such as managing stress, life changes, work stress, anxiety, depression, and substances disorders. I am currently seeing clients virtually, only. I take a person-centered approach, focusing on one's values and strengths, to deepen self-awareness, build resiliency, support personal growth and recovery. My goal is to provide an open, supportive environment where a client can identify and begin address their needs. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you!
