About

The process of healing and growth is a journey that requires partnership and support. Life is hard and I believe that counseling is a process by which we work together to identify and work through difficult life challenges that limit self-awareness and personal growth. My primary goal as your counselor is to create a safe, accepting, and comfortable environment where we work collaboratively to meet your needs and goals.

I utilize a person/child-centered Therapy framework and integrate Narrative therapy in working with children, teens, adults, and third-culture individuals dealing with issues of identity, self-esteem, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and trauma. I also provide services for Spanish-speaking clients.

It is said that the journey of one thousand miles begins with one step. My hope is to partner with you in that journey as you begin taking steps that will bring you closer to hope, healing, and growth.
