I am currently accepting new clients. All sessions are conducted via Telehealth (similar to FaceTime) and will be between 8am-2pm due to a waiting list for appointments after 3pm. I provide therapy for clients 12 years old through adults. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and trauma recovery is my passion. EMDR is effective for PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and many other mental health issues. I am in-network with most major insurance companies in Louisiana and Texas. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and am passionate about my work in trauma recovery. EMDR is very effective in processing thoughts and feelings about traumatic events and allowing clients to let go of the emotion attached to the trauma. EMDR is also very effective in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, even if the client has no history of trauma. It's ok to ask for help if you need it. I do not judge anyone and am a good listener.
