About

Have you been thinking... “Something Needs To Change”? Are you feeling frustrated, hopeless or helpless? Sometimes we get stuck in our feelings, thoughts, behaviors, situations, relationships and commitments. Asking for help can be your first step into initiating that change. I will meet you where you are now, explore how you got there and where you would like to see yourself going forward. Together we will formulate and work on an individualized plan for the changes you would like in your life with attainable goals and objectives. We will recognize and build on your strengths, improve your sense of self, confidence and self esteem.

We will also identify obstacles, challenges, patterns, triggers and address maladaptive behaviors. You will learn to identify and utilize effective and adaptive coping skills, tools and strategies to regulate thoughts, emotions, mood, anxiety, depression, stress and discomfort. Improve your quality of life and well being. “Be the Change”!

I have over 10 years of clinical experience working in private practice and at New York Presbyterian Hospital. My experience includes treating families, children, teens, young adults and adults with a focus on relationships, family systems and conflict, life transitions and adjustment disorders, self-esteem, anxiety, depression and mood disorders.
