About

Immediate availability for new clients! Do you feel like something is keeping you from enjoying a peaceful life? Is finding the strength to get through today a daily occurrence? Is previous trauma weighing heavily on your heart, mind, and soul? Are your current relationships toxic or unsatisfying? My goal as your therapist is to normalize the common experiences we share as humans: pain, suffering, the desire to know our true selves, and connect with others. Unhealed trauma, anxiety, and depression can leave us feeling blah with life.

I support women and teens by providing space for exploration in a non judgmental space and encourage finding coping skills to help you live your best life. I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe my clients are the experts in their own life and tailor my approach to fit your needs.

As a clinical social worker, I'm interested in the whole you: all of your identities and I see you as more than a cluster of symptoms. If you're ready to work, then so am I, with no waitlist! Let's collaborate on building your confidence, maintaining healthy relationships, improving your mental health and experiencing as much joy and peace as possible.
