We all struggle sometimes and feel overwhelmed. When people come to see me, they want help replacing the feeling of being overwhelmed with the belief that they can navigate their current situation and get to a better place. Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Relationship struggles, Addiction struggles, Parenting struggles, Infidelity, Broken dreams. If all it takes is a set of instructions that I can follow, it would be simple. But broken lives spring from deep feelings of inadequacy. Healing begins when we connect deeply with our true self and know we are loved just the way we are. Then we can be free to change and grow. People tell me that when we meet they feel seen, heard and understood. Having the freedom to tell your story is essential to the healing and change process. I love giving people a safe place to explore what is going on in their lives, how they got to where they are so they can move into a new way of living and loving by learning to care for their own souls. So let me invite you into a journey of personal discovery and growth. In my own healing journey, I didn’t know what I didn’t know. It took a tender hearted, kind, but no BS soul to help me realize a number of aha moments that proved transformational. I’m still on that healing path.
