An informed and liberated mind is my goal in mental health treatment. I have 32 years experience in pastoral counseling, statewide crisis intervention, and counseling in a clinical setting. My experience in helping souls to heal comes from having been with people in their homes, schools, hospitals, and detention centers. I have worked with families ranging from the very poor to the wealthy. Emotional pain can come to anyone and I enable my clients to heal old and new hurts that get in the way of a healthy and happy life. I relieve depression and anxiety through Cognitive Behavioral and Mindful Therapy. I have particular training in E.M.D.R. trauma treatment and alleviating self-harming tendencies.
