I offer counseling and psychotherapy to adults in a confidential and supportive setting, and I am able to address various issues including: marital, depression, anxiety, difficulty controlling anger, workplace stress, family issues, phobias, and many others. Daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available. Most insurance policies are accepted and a sliding scale is offered for individuals without health insurance. I can also arrange a referral to a psychiatrist for medication when necessary. My specialty is marital and couples counseling. I am able to facilitate more effective communication in the relationship, and help clients to adhere to various principles which are essential for a successful relationship. In my career I have helped many individuals, couples, and families to live more productive and fulfilling lives. I have appeared on cable television to discuss the stigma associated with therapy and mental illness, and I have also published various articles on separation anxiety, conduct disorders, and coping with depression.
