Thank you for reading my profile! I'm a dedicated and caring therapist, with over a 13 years of experience helping my clients to heal, grow, and positively transform their lives. Most of us already know what to do, but all of us do better when we have the support necessary to follow through and do what we know is best! I specialize in working with adults, teenagers and children (ages 8 and older) who are struggling with Life Challenges, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Unhealthy Habits, Addictions and Challenges Coping with Difficult Situations. My approach to counseling is caring, insightful, supportive and integrative! I help each client I serve by meeting them where they are at in an accepting and non-judgmental way, and then, helping them grow towards where they want to be so that they can live a life that is aligned with the values, dreams and goals. My personal history plays a significant role in informing a supportive understanding for those struggling with life difficulties, emotional pain, and challenging situations that test one's resolve and resiliency.
