Pain is real, but so is the Hope. Too many times we focus on our current pain and can't see past it to the healing and growth that come. Sometimes you just need someone to come along side of you and help, that's what I'm here for. I specialize in areas of trauma, adjustment, addiction and domestic violence with adults, children and families. I believe in destroying the negative labels that we place on ourselves in order to fulfill the roles we choose such as parent, spouse, bother/sister and such. Problems large or small, old or new, should not hold us back from where we need to be. I believe in a person centered approach to therapy. That means the process is about you and your families health and healing. The fact is that most of the time, the answers to your problems are in you and my role as a therapist and counselor is to walk along with you to find your solutions and reach optimal health. I have experienced many situations in life, but that experience means nothing because everyone's journey, everyone's pain and everyone's strengths are different and suited to them. I, as your therapist, am here to walk with you on your journey and help you find your strength and health. Change comes from within you, and I will be honored to help.
