Therapy is an intentional process and to change the problems you are experiencing involves trying new approaches. Most people wont try something new, unless they trust the person suggesting it. So, developing your trust and building a sense of rapport with you is my first objective. My passion is helping people develop stronger resilience to any problem they are facing. With that said, it's important to help the whole person, the spiritual, emotional, psychological, social and biological aspects of the individual. As all of these parts of a person are frequently involved and interacting, in what brings the individual to me.
