My approach to providing therapeutic services is grounded in being person centered. Each person has the potential for health, however, life provides challenges that are barriers to overcome. Sometimes getting stuck in cycles prevents the perspective needed to name the challenges, and also look at new ways to overcome these challenges. My focus as a clinician is to provide a safe space for families, couples and/or individuals to work through present barriers to health (be that mental blocks, lack of emotional awareness, relationship difficulties, communication breakdowns, unresolved past trauma, isolation, life transitions, of resources, etc.) I believe everyone desires to be at peace in their life and my role is to help guide a person back toward their true self.
