I am a registered mental health counselor intern with 3 years experience in clinical services and 22 years experience in education. Majority of my experience is with children and adolescents, especially with ADHD, depression, non-suicidal self-harm, anxiety, school related issues, and family conflict. I'm here to support you and your family in overcoming life's struggles and challenges. My approach is eclectic with an emphasis on DBT. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual's needs.
