Ever feel like you are responsible for your kids and your parents? Responsibilities from both ends. Maybe you are stressed out over work, family, finances, or planning for the future. Are you worried about the future, maybe even the present? Never have a minute to relax. I’ve been there and I know just how you feel. Will it ever end? Is there any hope? Yes, there is. I have counseled many individuals over the years who were in your shoes. I walked with them through the valley. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Many of the individuals I have worked with have experienced relief from anxiety, depression, PTSD and freedom from addictions. Marriages have been healed and individuals have experienced a better quality of life. I have begun to hold video sessions using zoom. Coming to an office can be difficult at this time and using the internet has worked very well for me.
