Embrace your lived experiences is definitely my motto! I am also a strong advocate that there is enormous strength that emerges from having empowering relationships in your life. We can work to analyze, navigate, and find these relationships. This will allow you to live a life with increased connection and vibrance. I approach sessions from holistic, psychodynamic, and harm-reduction perspectives. I aim to be anti-racist, feminist, trans-accepting, sober questioning, and understanding of those who are voice hearers. In sum, all are welcome here! I seek to provide services to those struggling with or who have a history of anxiety and/or depression, as well as those struggling with psychosis. I have worked with clients of various ages as well as diagnoses. I have taken training in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, and mindful approaches to treatment. I also provide couples therapy! If the above resonates with you please reach out so we can chat further. I can offer a free 15-minute consultation! I am able to provide teletherapy, in-office sessions, in-home and community-based work. As a social worker, I can also provide case management services and be supportive of issues such as housing, state benefits, court, and social security.
