In my work with individuals and partners, I bring a warm and grounding presence to each relationship. I trust in the innate capacity of each of us to heal and grow; this belief guides my work in supporting folks navigating complex trauma, grief, chronic illness, and relationship issues. Feeling understood and valued within a supportive, nurturing environment allows us to access deeper exploration and healing, emotional release, & the integration of new mind-body connections. Regardless of how ingrained and automatic your patterns might be, and how stuck you might feel, a more peaceful life is possible. My approach is relational and attachment-based. I utilize Brainspotting, EFT, and parts work to deepen understanding of the complexity of one's inner world and relationships with compassion and curiosity. While my primary focus is complex trauma, I support folks through a wide range of challenges. Additionally, I am a trained yoga therapist. I believe firmly in the worthiness of all to a sense of belonging, dignity, and agency and have witnessed time and again how therapy can be a powerful space to access these needs. It's a courageous and worthwhile act to enter this process. I invite you to explore my website and reach out to learn more about my practice or schedule a free phone consultation.
