About

Have you had a rough year? Is “rough” an enormous understatement? Loneliness, money worries, fretting over what the future holds... You’re not alone in feeling a bit lost, down, and anxious, considering everything that’s happened in just this past year. But just by reading this, you’ve taken an incredibly important step. You’ve taken a step towards personal growth and increased well-being, and you deserve all of the support you can get along the way. I would love to meet you, and together, we can come up with a plan to make our time as beneficial as it can be for you.

As a mental health counselor, I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere for my clients, a place where it feels safe to explore whatever it is that brings you to therapy. I am a firm believer in using an integrative approach tailored to fit your needs, and have experience working with a diverse array of clients.

I’ve worked with clients struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, past traumas, and interpersonal difficulties, and have witnessed how these struggles can make life feel a lot harder than it needs to be. Together, we can work towards whatever goals that you have and enrich your life in the process. I look forward to meeting you!
