About

I enjoy supporting individuals experiencing difficult life transitions including (but not limited to) relationship challenges, divorce or a break-up, loss of a loved one, expanding your family, embarking on a new career or contemplating leaving an existing career, moving to a new place, etc.. I work to support the client in their journey to creating a path toward healing, acceptance and self-discovery, with the ultimate goal of achieving optimal emotional well-being, as defined by the client. Together, we will develop strategies that will generate feelings of well-being and create a path toward emotional healing and personal growth.

I work with clients to help them uncover thinking and behavioral patterns that create barriers to optimal emotional well-being. Together we can explore and identify these patterns, uncover underlying issues, and tend to the parts of yourself that require attention, in order to create lasting and transformational change.

Therapy expands our individual capacity, so that we can show up fully and as our best selves, across all the roles that we take on throughout life. I welcome the opportunity to work with you to expand your capacity and assist you in doing the work toward becoming your best self.
