About

The feelings of inadequacies, loss, & being overwhelmed by the pain/sorrow have become a fact of life. We consume videos, annotate self-help books, our desks are overflowing with "The idiot's guide to-" and "The mindset of-" and yet we still feel empty. Why? The world told you that this program was the "ultimate fix" if you just put in the effort. We are bombarded with "the only thing you need to (insert any issue)" but how do you actually move to the next step? How do we continue after loss? Were you even taught how? Was anyone taught how? Why don't we talk about it more? How do you manage these challenges?

Good and bad news! Good news is these feelings are not permanent (and neither is feeling self conscious about seeking a therapist). Bad news is that as much as we want to be, humans were not wired to be isolated and deal with complicated issues like this alone. Life can be exhausting when we feel like we are losing control. If you feel this way, lets talk.

No matter how you currently feel, we all want to be some form of a well watered garden giving life, a well oiled machine performing at peak capacity, and living our best life where we can show up and say YES! without being exhausted every single day. Your best self is waiting, you find them through safe, non-judgmental, authentic conversation & reflection.
