I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families whom may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, sex related issues, parent-child issues, or chronic low self-esteem. I have a passion for couples and sex therapy. Using my natural ability to sense emotions, gives me the ability to see the world through their eyes. Working together we understand any trauma, crisis or negative experience is an opportunity to discover a healthier self. By understanding their feelings, goals, fears, and dreams then develop positive beliefs and behaviors to cope with the stress and anxiety of everyday life. By talking and listening couples experience an empathetic connection which changes a static relationship into an evolving one. It is crucial to understand who your partner is to do conflict resolution and know ones needs. By developing these skills couples talk about negative feeling without criticizing and defending, Couples can not work on thier relationship if sex is not discusses. Dissatisfaction with the sexual relationship and the loss of shared intimacy, in many instances, may lead to negative feelings and attitudes which are destructive to the relationship. Many marriages end therefore, because of unresolved sexual differences and difficulties.
