About

Welcome! You’ve already taken an important step towards improving your mental wellness. I am passionate about providing therapy for adults navigating complex family dynamics, experiencing relationship challenges, and processing grief. I enjoy helping those who seek to gain insight into how past experiences impact current behaviors and ways of thinking. My hope is for you to use this insight to facilitate positive change and increase self-compassion. I believe that the quality of our relationships strongly contributes to mental health and enjoy working with folks who aim to improve the quality of their relationships.

I use a collaborative and strengths-based approach to counseling as I firmly believe we all possess inherent strengths that can be used to achieve our goals. As a therapist, it is important to me to create a validating, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to heal, explore, and learn.

I welcome people of all backgrounds and identities into the therapy space. Please reach out if you are interested in working together during your journey of self-discovery and healing. I look forward to hearing from you!
