Danielle Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2020. She received her BS from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and her MS from Mount Mary University. Danielle has specialized training in prolonged exposure (PE) therapy for trauma/PTSD from a nationally known behavioral health hospital in one of the only evidence-based residential programs in the country. She utilizes schema therapy to help understand and challenge maladaptive core beliefs and behavior patterns. Danielle has behavioral-tech training in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)/coping skills to support emotion regulation and to manage other mental health diagnoses. She has experience in exposure response prevention (ERP) for trauma, anxiety, and OCD. Danielle offers a compassionate and collaborative approach to treatment and feels that the therapeutic relationship is of significant importance to the work.
