Navigating through life can be brutal at times. The price of admission on this journey is often great pain, deep loss, and profound confusion, and many of us believe the measure of strength is how much of it we can navigate alone. But connection and support are often the greatest access points to healing. So our work together will be centered around more compassion and less comparison, more acceptance and less fixing, and more normalizing and less shame. I hope to help create peace within your relationships, encourage empowerment in your choices and gently guide you back home to yourself. My holistic approach is tailored to your personality, needs and desired outcomes, but often includes somatic work, attachment theories and psychodynamic modalities. My goal is to find strategies that alleviate your symptoms, clarify your needs, improve your ability to authentically communicate and support you on being the expert on you. Choosing to seek support, whether it’s for ourselves or for our loved ones, can be one of the most daunting decisions we can make. But it’s also one of the most courageous. I'm here to help navigate you through the process and answer any questions or concerns you might have along the way, so please don't hesitate to reach out.
