Potential clients struggling with depression and anxiety, difficulty with traumatic events, and those who are having marital/premarital problems all have one common denominator which is the relationships that surround them. Symptoms such as these are just that; a symptom. The problem's root lies within the system of relationships that surround them. I intend to help you to understand these issues and how they become problems, and to provide a safe, therapeutic environment to discuss them in detail. I pursued a career in Marriage and Family therapy to focus on relationships and how they can affect individuals, couples, and families. I offer a variety of approaches that will help to address key issues that cause distress within a family system and how to remedy them including Emotionally Focused therapy, and using the Gottman Method. If you are having trouble in your life, whether it is on your own, within a couple, or within a family, I am here to help you.
