Life can be hard and processing that reality makes it more livable. I am motivated to serve brave clients who have reached the decision to speak to heal. I am a process-drive and empathic mental health professional with 15+ years of experience with adolescents, young adults and adults. Specializing in Adolescent Care, LGBTQ+ issues, Minority-related stress and Grief counseling, I believe an individual has the capacity to improve their circumstance, when provided a safe space to "try on their strength".
