About

Life can present us with numerous daunting barriers, leaving us to shoulder immense pressure, leading to self-doubt. The demands of career, relationships, and family (such as postpartum care or fertility issues) can be utterly exhausting, even overwhelming - especially for military families who face these challenges at an elevated rate. However, we don't have to face these barriers alone. Our goal is to help clients cultivate self-love and compassion, problem-solve effectively, and create a safe space to overcome the obstacles in their lives.

My goal is to empower clients from underserved Black, Indigenous, and minority communities to live fulfilling lives. I take a collaborative, strength-based, and solution-focused approach, drawing on systemic theories to provide client-centered care. By fostering a safe and inclusive space, I aim to serve those who have been marginalized by society.

Life's journey does not have to be traveled alone. Together, we can explore the strengths and skills you need to reach your desired destination. My virtual practice offers appointments that can be booked online.
