I am passionate about supporting adults, young people, and families from culturally diverse backgrounds who are struggling with various life challenges including depression and anxiety, school/job performance, interpersonal relationship stress, and symptoms related to trauma, illness, grief and loss. I believe in the importance of instilling hope, providing a safe, welcoming environment, and partnering with you to build a plan based on your unique strengths and needs. Our work together will help you to connect with your inner resources and the incredible ability we all have to heal. I interweave concepts from solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and from my yoga therapy training, I also bring in concepts of mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-compassion. I welcome all people, genders, bodies, ages, and abilities with full acceptance and I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you.
