About

Therapy is a self-discovery journey. I work with clients on creating the conditions necessary to support their growth, utilizing inquiry and compassion as tools to dissolve problems into pathways of greater understanding. I like working with people who feel unsatisfied with their current reality. Perhaps you are struggling with life transitions, have difficulty with discovering your purpose or meaning; perhaps you feel out of balance, overwhelmed with difficult emotions, or your'e at a standstill. However you have come to be here, I am honored to partner with you on your journey.

My approach is eclectic and incorporates humanistic, psychodynamic, trauma, somatic and mindfulness-based theories and techniques to support your therapy. My therapy practice is informed by my 20 years of experience as a certified counselor and licensed psychotherapist. I may not be a good match for individuals challenged by chronic or severe conditions.

Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself. -Rumi
