I admire you for taking this first step! Looking for mental health support can feel scary and overwhelming, but I’m here to help you take step after step after step! Whether you’re struggling with everyday stressors, or you’re going through a major life challange, finding the right therapist can help you overcome some of the biggest obstacles in life. My approach to therapy is to offer you a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space to talk, yell, cry, sit in silence, and most of all, heal and find joy in your life again!

I am passionate about working with clients of all ages and backgrounds! I specialize in grief and loss, divorce recovery, Narcissistic abuse recovery, domestic violence victims, self esteem and body image, eating disorders, parenting challenges, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, teen issues, self exploration and identity, and support for caregivers.

I would love to partner with you as you navigate whatever life has thrown at you during this time. I am excited about our new in person office in Alamosa, CO but I do, also, offer tele-health sessions which makes therapy very convenient.
